Lost package...CP sucks...grrr

Welp,

I've finally become victim to a lost pack thru Canada Post after decades of ordering. Tracking states "delayed" for over 3 weeks. Did a "trace investigation" which amounted to jack-shit, said sender has to now file an investigation request...F that.
Not the rep's/lab's fault because they sent another order 3 days later that arrived perfect.
I understand shit happens but losing out on $380 worth of gear still sucks.

BT made me whole, even though the lost pack was not their fault.
This is why I've ordered from them for 7+ years.

I had a package disappear for 2.5 weeks. Not sure how it happens - i've only had to trace once to find it. It's a bit of a process to deal with. But honestly once it's out of the shipper's hands they've done their due diligence. People think that if a package gets lost the lab owes them another set of gear - hardly. I'm glad you had it work out.
