This past year I've been experimenting with several different option in terms of gear amounts mainly using
Test c, deca , tren a dbol oral.

At 1 point I was all the way up to 1300 test weekly and 800 deca. No sides and blood work done regularly and no real big issue other them some hdl stuff.
Yes I felt strong, lifted as such and grew, however I was tired all the time even eating at 4900 calories per day macros spilt up...

Then I titrated down to just Test c 600, deca 300 and splashed tren in at 50... anyways I feel much more engery, motivation and ofer all strength 💪 seems odd not sure.

Whats anyone's proper guessing on this and yes gear was real haha.

There's a lot of good reporting coming out now from steroid educators like Vigorous Steve, Kurt Havens, Dr. Dean St Mart, that blow the pants off of Mr. Mike Israetel for finding out real literature on dose responses and real world effects. We've known for years that there is a maximum ceiling for gains to sides, but it seems its far far lower (and fortunately so!!). Significant gains on 50 mg of tren per week as you say are giving benefits with ++ reduction in sides.

Bro science unfortunately has no checks and balances other than us, so whatever people threw out years ago was just some random number and went with it. Big numbers = big gains = don't be a pussy and be a man type thing. Who wants to run 50 mg a week that's paltry!?! RUN 600 tren rarrrrrrrrrrr.

And then there's the $$$ component behind it too - can't make money if people aren't going through a vial every couple of weeks.

Thankfully in this era, we are more educated and open about it. And the testing pool is larger in real time :p

None the less, less is more, and it's how I go now, and feel better about it.

I’m also a big fan of the lowest effective dose . There is no benefit in stressing your body anymore than it has to be. We stress our organs and bodies systems enough as it is. There is no good reason to accelerate your death for a sport .

@NordicFusionRep well theres a few clowns around hahaha 😆

But what a huge difference in over all feeling lower doses. Just the personal self feeling of strength and cardiovascular is crazy.

I’m a rep and I never try to push any clients into more than they actually need . Seems a little counter productive in the sales aspect but we want our clients to reach their goals as healthy as they can. In the long run a sick or unhealthy client is also no good for business.

from my experience like you guys have mentioned less is more tbh, i was running rediculous amounts of gear before and looked decent but the second i went lower dose and actually paid attention as long as diet, training and sleep our on point, your gonna grow and personally had my best look on lower dose before my shoulder surgery/fixing fertility

I can definitely contest that indeed lower os better, but you need to have your nutrition on point as well as sleep.

Start messing with your sleep from say Tren and your cooked, while sure you'll be strong, maybe gain abit. Youll be far better off low dosed. Taking screen time off before bed loke 1hr is a huge huge help.
Its not easy to adjust from the rat race of life to just sleeping great. It takes time and listening to your bodies needs as well as not over training ie.. 3hrs in the gym idea.. 7 days a week all the time.

Food - huge part like 80 to 98% id say. Measure it, Weigh it, count it. Do this and track it you'll be amazed at what your missing on and it that easy.
Eatting junk food here and there you tank everything.

I seem to be a low responder to gear. Been on TRT for a year at 200 mg / week. Did a few cycles of SARMS throughout. Then recently got into highers doses of Test (300-400 mg/week) a day added 300 mg Primo. Diet was (and still is) on point, and I train HARD 5 days a week. Yet, very minimal results. Finally decided to try the beast.. Tren! At 400 mg Test and 300 mg Tren a week, even while in a deficit, I saw significant improvements within the first month. But after experiencing the typical sides.. I titrated my Tren down to 200 mg a week, and using Enth now instead of Ace for a couple weeks, .. and I'm already losing my gains. I guess everyone's body is different.. but my lowest effective dose sure seems higher than most lol

Maybe spilt training up with more recovery time.. depending on your age but what about 2 on 1 offer approach. More reps less weight...

Also of your not weighing your food and going by your daily caloric intake your just playing the guessing game.
When i went the weight scale approach and 2 on 1 off training with dropping to lower gear. Everything changed for the better

Thanks for the suggestions. And yes, I am actually weighing my food and counting my calories/macros meticulously.

Also, I only work out for a 1/2 hour a day, during my lunch break... 5 times week.. but I go bonkers and super set the entire time. Definitely feel like I'm getting enough recovery time for each muscle group. And yes, usually 10-12 rep range to failure or close to on every set. But maybe it's just because I'm in a deficit and I'm actually burning more calories that the macros calculator says I am?

I'll be upping my calories slightly for a week or 2 to see if that makes a difference.

Do you do stretching before weights..

Then are doing 3 x warm up sets before your main sets of 12?
Warm up sets consist of around 40% of your max maybe 30 and 10 reps each.

As for your high gear maybe just try backing in down abit. It wont hurt you.. are you preparing for a show?
