good morning,

I was just diagnosed being anemic. So I took time off, any suggestions when I go back. What to do or not to do? As in I dont know how this will effect me at the gym 🤷‍♀️

Thank you

You need to see your doctor that's who.
Anemia is a major medical condition that needs to be regulated with proper iron control, food and water intake, other supplementation, and potentially other medical comorbidities that may associate with it. While exercise and cardiovascular activity is 100% the best way to continue to go forward, you need to have medical supervision with this. Exercise can be a standard push/pull/legs combo and I would just base intensity on how you're feeling with each set - not much volume training. Otherwise, be medically cleared before you engage.
