Anyone seen the trailer?

Ill be honest, I am a fan of the books, the original movie as well as mini series and follow up "Children of Dune" mini series. 

I think this looks pretty bad ass and I cant wait to see it. I do however think it wont surpass the original or mini series in acting, but time will tell. 

The new worm looks bad ass.

Definitely see that as a science fiction movie for adults.  I'll goad my wife into watching it with me somehow

The original dune for sure had inspired sci-fi, i mean hell Star Wars was created from it!  This is a 2 parter movie though...so the studio must of felt confident in the film maker and his vision.
