- 1 bay leaf
- 3 carrot, chopped
- 3 stalk celery, finely diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp, ground oregano
- 1 tsp, ground thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef stock
